General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tk10c platform and all its services. By accessing the tk10c website, creating an account, or using any service, you give your full consent to each clause of these Terms.

If you do not wish to read these Terms or do not agree with any clause, please refrain from using the tk10c platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement.

Account Registration and Eligibility

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at tk10c is ৳200 for each payment method. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposits are secured through SSL encryption.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. No separate code is needed to claim this bonus — it will be added automatically on the first deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus and all other bonuses is 25 times (25x). This means the total amount including the bonus must be wagered 25 times before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Bonus balance is kept separate from cash balance.
• Restrictions on using bonuses in certain games may apply.
• When a bonus expires, any unused portion will be cancelled.
• tk10c reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus.
• If fraud is detected in bonus activity, all winnings will be forfeited.

4.4 VIP Program

The tk10c VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback increases with each higher tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on tk10c are tested and fair. Using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, every result is determined in a completely random and unbiased manner. There is no way to manipulate the outcome of any game.

5.2 Rules of Play

• The rules for each game are available within that game's interface.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• tk10c is not responsible for connection interruptions.

5.3 Software Errors

tk10c reserves the right to void winnings obtained as a result of any software bug or error. Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or payouts are not valid.

5.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

tk10c's sports betting terms apply to all cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is abandoned or the result remains uncertain, the bet refund policy will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any one of them may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using strategic betting methods to abuse the bonus system.
• Using hacking tools, cheating software, or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or to clean illegal funds.
• Creating or operating an account under a false identity.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Violating the terms of service through transactions or agreements with third parties.

Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Suspension by tk10c

tk10c may temporarily suspend any account for rule violations, suspicious activity, or while a KYC verification process is underway. Withdrawals and deposits will be unavailable during suspension.

7.2 Permanent Closure

Accounts will be permanently closed in cases of serious rule violations. Any legitimate balance (if applicable) may be returned after review, but no bonus-related amounts will be refunded.

7.3 Self-Requested Account Closure

Any user may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Pending bets must be settled and withdrawal conditions must be met before closure.
